5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing Grief Journal
I love the thought put into making this journal. I read a couple of the pages and it hit home. Made me realize I needed this journal more than ever. This journal will make things feel okay. It already has because I can feel the love that was put into this journal
This journal is one I have used and have clients using as well!! Grief shows up in everyone’s life and many don’t know how to process it. This is a beautiful way to work through the healing process and provides a keepsake as well to return to anytime one wants to reflect on their journey or how far they have come!!
5.0 out of 5 stars Leaves you feeling hopeful
I’ve had more than my share of grief in the past couple years, mainly the loss of 2 daughters. Both completely different experiences, but both tore my heart and soul apart.
This book has helped me understand my feelings and loss in order to move forward with my journey.

I just got my journal today and one for my sister. I am looking forward to using this tool for healing. Debbie was so gracious in using her experience with pain and loss to help others cope with grief. I highly recommend this journal.
As I go through my journey of losing my loved ones this beautiful Grief journal helps me navigate my feelings. It is wonderfully written. Thank you so much for doing this for people who are hurting.
Thank you for being you, helping those of us who don't know where or how to begin healing...those who don't know how or even if they're supposed to be feeling the things they do...I know our reasons are very different, but it still helps.
Hello, I am Debbie Heisler. As a bereaved parent, I have found my peace in others through their grief journey. We lost our son in 2016 due to Domestic Homicide. It was a devastating and traumatic experience for our family. Grieving individually, as a family, and helping our grandchild grieve the loss of both of her parents has given me the life experience to help others in their grief journey. That is why I created this healing and hope journal.
I will always advocate for domestic violence and homicide victims and survivors, I am also actively present in our community. I co-founded a safe space to facilitate supervised visitation in complex court cases and I am actively speaking publicly about our son's story. My hope by sharing his story is that it will help connect others with valuable help in domestic violence situations and more.
David's story can be seen on Investigation Discovery Network's "Caught in the Net", episode "A Hole In Time", along with many podcasts and soon to come a published memoir called Faith In The Middle. In 2023, I was Blessed to be named Woman of the Year for the State of Utah by the USA Today.
My approach to grief coaching is centered around providing compassionate and personalized support to individuals navigating the challenging journey of grief, loss and healing. I believe that each person's experience of grief is unique, and therefore, my approach is tailored to meet their specific needs and circumstances.
I prioritize creating a safe and non-judgmental space where individuals can openly express their emotions and thoughts. Through active listening and empathy, I strive to help them explore their feelings, memories, and concerns related to their loss.
Ultimately, my goal as a Heartfelt Healing Coach is to empower individuals to navigate their grief journey with resilience, self-compassion, and a renewed sense of hope for the future. I am dedicated to walking alongside individuals as they work through their grief and discover a path toward greater emotional well-being and peace. I believe this begins with a very personal grief journal.
Please note that this grief journal is not a substitute for professional, medical, or psychological treatment. If you are struggling with your grief or have concerns about your mental health, please seek help from a qualified professional. I am not a counselor, therapist, psychologist, or psychiatrist. Nothing I say here is intended to take the place of a trained professional.
